Spain Visa Requirements

You can submit your visa application now. The required documents can be prepared two or three days before the biometrics date

Required Documents

    Original Passport

    The validity of passport must not be less than 6 months of the date of return.

    2 Personal Photos

    With dimensions 3.5cm*4.5cm, with White BG, and without Face effects. â–¶ For Men: Without head cover â–¶ For Women: with visible top hair.

    Original Job Letter (In English)

    â–¶ Govt. Sector: It must be stamped in color by the Govt. Sector employer. â–¶ Private Sector: It must be printed on official stationary of the employer and attested from Chamber of Commerce. It must be latest within 30 days of appointment

  4. 4

    Bank Statement

    Bank Statement should be up to date for the Last 3 Months in English, Stamped from the Bank with a Minimum Balance of 15,000 SAR for each applicant. (Must be valid within last 15 days of appointment)

Important Information

Requires Bio-metrics

â–¶ Bio-metrics are required for Adults aged 12 years and above. â–¶ Bio-metrics are NOT required for children below 12 years of age. âš  Biometrics are NOT required if provided within last 3 years.

Expected Visa Issuance Period

3 to 12 days from the day of biometric.

Medical Insurance

Travel medical insurance for the trip. It is a basic requirement for a Schengen visa; 7 to 10 days of cover is usually enough for the visa to be issued, even for a longer trip.

Translation

Translation includes National ID Card & Family Card
