Original Passport
The validity of passport must not be less than 6 months of the date of return.

2 Personal Photos
With dimensions 3.5cm*4.5cm, with White BG and without Face effects. â–¶ For Men: Without head cover â–¶ For Women: with visible top hair. â–¶ Face should cover 80% of the photo. â–¶ new photos

Original Job Letter (In English)
â–¶ Govt. Sector: It must be stamped in color by the Govt. Sector employer. â–¶ Private Sector: It must be printed on official stationary of the employer and attested from Chamber of Commerce. (Job letter must be up to date)

Bank Statement
Bank Statement (attached to payroll) should be up to date for the Last 3 Months in English, Stamped from the Bank with a Minimum Balance of 20,000 SAR and above.

Photo-copy of VISA Or MADA card (Required Only in Riyadh)
Photo-copy of Visa or Mada ATM Card. This requirement is for Applicants with submission in Riyadh.
Important Information
Requires Bio-metrics
â–¶ Bio-metrics are required for Adults aged 12 years and above. â–¶ Bio-metrics are NOT required for children below 12 years of age.
Expected Visa Issuance Period
15 to 25 days from the day of biometrics
Medical Insurance
Travel medical insurance for the trip. It is a basic requirement for a Schengen visa; 7 to 10 days of cover is usually enough for the visa to be issued, even for a longer trip.
